• Job details: what needs fixing and any photos or messages you send us.
• Website information: the page you arrived on, the referring site and campaign tags in the link (for example utm parameters), and device type. This is kept for your browser session and sent only with a quote request.

We do not take payment information on this website.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your request, give you a price, and schedule and complete the work
• To communicate with you about quotes, scheduling, service updates and billing
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to us
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Text messages

If you check the SMS consent box on our quote form, or otherwise agree to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Let Me Fix That LLC about quotes, scheduling, service updates and billing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services acting solely on our behalf to deliver messages.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing purposes. We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf only to run the business:

• Abon — customer and job management, and the messaging platform for our texts
• Twilio — text message and phone delivery
• Google — reCAPTCHA spam protection on our quote form, and web fonts on this site

Some communications may be drafted with the help of software, including AI tools; they are reviewed by our team, and you can always ask to talk with a person.

5. Cookies and storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in your browser’s session storage so they can be included with a quote request; that storage clears when you close the tab. Google reCAPTCHA, which loads only with the quote form, may set its own cookies to tell people from bots.

6. Retention and security

We keep customer information for as long as we work with you and as needed afterward for records, warranty questions and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect it, including encryption in transit.
